All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells,

• All items MUST be shipped back in the same condition they were shipped in with all tags attached along with a copy of your receipt in order for credit to be processed!

Items must be unworn, unwashed & free from tanning products, perfume, smoke and pet hair, as well as make-up/deodorant stains with original tags attached.

• We offer Store Credit or Exchanges only, No Refunds. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file.

• We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping.

• Sale items, tights, stockings, and bodysuits are Final Sale and will not be accepted for returns.
